What to Expect

The Future Village™ is a four-day immersive leadership program for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers ready to master the human edge in the age of AI.

Set in a purposefully curated environment, the program offers a unique opportunity to work closely with world-class experts, engage in deep learning, and apply new ways of thinking in a collaborative and personal setting.

Who Should Attend

The Future Village™ is open to individuals from diverse backgrounds who share a common drive for learning, transformation, and impact. 

The program is designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, changemakers and heads of product divisions, geographical regions, or major business units with at least 5 years of senior executive experience. 

Where Is the Location:

The Future Village program takes place in Évora, Portugal, a UNESCO World Heritage site set in the heart of Alentejo.

Just under a 2 hour drive from Lisbon, one of Europe’s top cities to visit for culture, innovation, and quality of life, we can find Évora, Alentejo, a place with a very different rhythm of leadership: slower, deeper, and more intentional.

At the heart of it all is our venue: the historic Hotel Convento de São Paulo. Once a 12th-century monastery, today it’s a living sanctuary of architecture and nature.

Here, leadership development goes beyond the classroom. Every element - the setting, the meals, the light, the conversation - is curated to support focus, dialogue, growth and real transformation.
