What is The Future Village™?

The Future Village™ is a four-day immersive leadership program for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. It is designed to develop the Meta Skills needed to lead with clarity, adaptability, and human insight in a rapidly evolving world.

Who is this program for?

This program is for senior professionals ready to expand their leadership through immersive, experience-based learning. It is especially relevant for those navigating transformation in their organizations or industries.

What is included in the tuition fee?

The €4,950 tuition includes all learning sessions, full accommodation at the venue, meals throughout the stay, and round-trip transfers from Lisbon to the event location. Flights and personal travel arrangements are not included.

What will I leave with?

You will leave with a deeper understanding of your leadership, sharpened decision-making capabilities, and tools to navigate complexity. You’ll also gain access to a peer group of global leaders committed to meaningful change. What sets The Future Village™ apart is its focus on human potential as the foundation for navigating technological and AI-driven transformation helping you lead not just with knowledge, but with clarity, adaptability, and presence.

Where will the event take place?

The program takes place in the region of Évora, Portugal, at the historic Hotel Convento de São Paulo. The setting is intentional in offering space for reflection, connection, and focused development.

How can I apply?

What are Meta Skills?

Meta Skills are foundational human capabilities, such as sensing, questioning and evolving, that enable leaders to adapt, connect, and lead in complex environments. These skills sit beneath technical expertise and define how we respond to change.

Is this a one-time event?

No. The June 2025 program is our inaugural edition. Future editions will follow, yet this cohort will form the founding group of The Future Village™ experience and networking.
